All ingredients on this menu are raised and grown right here in central New York. Enjoy what this area has to offer with all the flavors of local grown food.
Farmers market salad- blanched green beans, smoked tomatoes, red onion, aged cheddar cheese, with a drizzle of honey and cider vinegar. $6
Seasonal chicken soup- grass fed chicken, fresh vegetables, local herbs, in a simple chicken broth. $5
Pan seared sirloin medallions with herb demi, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. $11
Farmers burger- topped with grilled onions, aged cheddar cheese, served with a side of local chips. $10
"Antipasto"- local greens, smoked beef, aged cheddar, fresh fruit, radishes, garlic scapes, tomatoes, dressed with a cider vinegar dressing. $9
** all of the beef on this menu is from HOFFMAN farm, the chicken comes from CROSSMAN farm, onions from JACOBSEN farm, and herbs and greens from FRESH HERBS OF FABIUS, other ingredients acquired from local farmers at the REGIONAL MARKET.

Grass finished Beef Carpaccio- seared, sliced tenderloin garnished with New York greens tossed in apple cider vinegar. $10
New York style chicken soup- free range chicken with fresh vegetables, and herbs in a simple chicken broth. $6

Hoffman sliders- 3 small beef "sliders" one topped with cheddar, one with grilled onions, and one with smoked tomato. $9
Bibb salad- feta stuffed peach, red onion, radishes, finished with a creamy basil dressing. $8
